1. Order Cancellation

   • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, unless already shipped.

   • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

   • Due to hygiene reasons, baby towels and clothing are non-returnable once delivered, unless:

     • The product is damaged/defective.

     • The wrong item was delivered.

3. Return Process

   • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email/phone] with your order ID and issue details.

   • Provide product images for faster resolution.

4. Refund Timeline

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.

5. Exchange

   • Exchanges are only allowed if the product delivered is incorrect or defective.
